The software on this page is for the GPS-Synchronized Sonoma shipped after May 2017. To confirm that you are on the right page, at the Sonoma CLI type command: "gpsversion". You will see the firmware number at the beginning of the response. The F/W number should be: 6010-0076-000. If it is not, click here.

Increased some data rejection thresholds due to excessive triggering from the increasingly active ionosphere as the peak of the solar cycle approaches. Some customers who monitor very closely see the receiver drop back to the Acquire state for about three minutes. These events do not cause disruption to the time and frequency outputs and are therefore considered "nuisance" alarms. The latitude at which the receiver is operating influences the likelihood of seeing these events, with equatorial regions being most active. RECOMMENDATION: Upgrade if you are experiencing these "nuisance" alarms. |
