The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) contains a Buy American provision in H.R.1-189 Section 1605.  EndRun products comply with the Buy American provisions of the ARRA because all products designed and produced by EndRun are domestic manufactured goods made in Santa Rosa, California.

EndRun products with the CE mark are tested to meet or exceed the health, safety, and environmental protections standards for products sold within the European Economic Area (EEA).  At the back of each user manual there is a copy of the CE Declaration of Conformity certificate. Safety and EMC test results are available upon request. 

Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act is the "Conflict Minerals Rule". Conflict Minerals are tin, tungsten, tantalum and gold originating from mines controlled by armed groups in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and adjoining countries. EndRun supports the Conflict Minerals Rule and has verified that materials sourced directly or indirectly through suppliers meets the requirement. EndRun has a Counterfeit Parts Prevention Plan to protect against counterfeit products in its supply chain.

EndRun products with the FCC marking have been tested to conform to the FCC limits for electromagnetic interference. This certifies that the electromagnetic interference from the device is under limits approved by the Federal Communications Commission.

Persistent organic pollutants (POPs) are pesticides and industry chemicals that persist in the environment and have been of concern to the European Union (EU). EndRun products are in compliance with the EU POPs Regulation and do not contain prohibited substances. For a signed statement, click here.

The European Union's 1907/2006 Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) regulation addresses the production and use of chemical substances. Based on the June 2022 list for Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC), EndRun products are REACH Policy compliant. A signed REACH Policy Statement is available here.

The European Union's Directive on Restriction of the use of certain Hazardous Substances in electrical and electronic equipment (RoHS 3 Annex II Directive (EU) 2015-863) prohibits the sale into the European Union of electronic equipment containing lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs), polybrominated diphenylethers (PBDEs) and phylates (DEHP, BBP, DBP, DIBPS).  All EndRun products are RoHS-compliant with exemption 6(c).  For a signed declaration of conformity click here.

The Trade Agreements Act (19 U.S.C. & 2501-2581) of 1979 requires that the U.S. Government may acquire only U.S.-made or U.S.-designated end products.  All EndRun products are TAA-compliant because they are designed and manufactured in Santa Rosa, California.  Most other ancilliary products, such as antennas, lightning arrestors, and splitters are also TAA-compliant.

EndRun Technologies certifies that it is compliant with the requirements of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) and that none of the persistent, bioaccumulative and toxic chemicals named in the act are intentionally used or added to our products. For a signed declaration click here.

EndRun fully complies with the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) 15 C.F.R. Parts 730-774. Products manufactured by EndRun are classified by the Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS). Products are classified as either No License Required (NLR) or have a license exception such as ENC. Specific Export Control Classification Numbers (ECCN) are available upon request.  International Traffic in Arms (ITAR) regulations do not apply to EndRun products.

All EndRun products are handled as B2B category products. In order for you to secure a WEEE-compliant waste disposal please return the product to us at our home office in California, U.S.A. Costs for this end-of-life transportation are your responsibility. We will bear the direct costs for the waste disposal itself.
