Warranty

Each new product manufactured by EndRun Technologies is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a specified period from date of shipment, under normal use and service.  During the warranty period, EndRun will, at its option, repair or replace products which prove to be defective.

For warranty service or repair, the product must be returned to EndRun.  Our policy is to repair the unit within 5 business days.  Normally it only takes two or three days.  Loaner units are not included as part of the warranty.

Three-Year Warranty

Sonoma Time Servers are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of three years from date of shipment, under normal use and service.  See the product user manual for warranty specifics.  Extended warranties are available.

Two-Year Warranty

Time & Frequency Standards and Distribution Chassis are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from date of shipment, under normal use and service.  Products in this category are the Meridian II Precision TimeBase, the Tycho II Precision TimeBase, the RTM3205 Precision Timing Modules, the Ninja, and the various Distribution Chassis.  See the product user manual for warranty specifics.  Extended warranties are available.

One-Year Warranty

Other products manufactured by EndRun Technologies are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of shipment, under normal use and service.  These products include the Fiber Optic Link and the preamplifiers.  See the preface in the product user manual for warranty specifics.

Procedure for Returning Product for Repair 

Please call or email support@endruntechnologies.com with a description of the problem.  This is important because our products are very reliable and most problems can be resolved by phone/email.  If we determine that the unit needs to be returned, then we will provide you an RMA number and specific shipping instructions.
