Presented will be a paper entitled "UTC Time Transfer for High Frequency Trading Using IS-95 CDMA Base Station Transmissions and IEEE-1588 Precision Time Protocol". The paper presents a method used by High Frequency Traders using EndRun's IEEE-1588 Precision Time Protocol (PTP) Grandmaster Clock combined with a proprietary CDMA receiver.
