We provide free software upgrades for our products The software available on this page is for the Unison Network Time Server. Here are the latest binary image files:
- Linux Subsystem (Root File System)
- What is the number of your current software? You need to know this number in order to get the correct binary image for upgrading the Linux/NTP Subsystem of your Unison. To get the software number type command: "gntpversion" for Unison GPS or "cntpversion" for Unison CDMA. You will see the software number displayed like this:
- Unison GPS 6010-004x-000 or Unison CDMA 6010-004x-000
- Click here if x=2 (software number is 6010-0042-000)

- Current revision level is v5.11.
- You may not need to upgrade. Check the history of software changes first.
- If you do decide to upgrade the Receiver Subsystem then be sure to also upgrade the Linux/NTP Subsystem.

Fixed bug introduced with change to NTP distribution 4.2.6p3 where ntpd would terminate if user did not configure network settings. | 5.60 | 1. Updated NTP distribution version to 4.2.6p3 which solves the vulnerability below (item #5) and also improves timing jitter performance. 2. Added version 2 for PTP/IEEE-1588. Added Web Interface (HTTPS) for monitoring status of all functions and for upgrading software. This new capability is only for units with Software Number 6010-0044-000. The Web Interface is disabled for units with Software Number 6010-0042-000 (because these are older units and the required hardware is not available). RECOMMENDATION: Upgrade if one of the above items is important to you. |
