We provide software upgrades for all our products at no charge.  The software available on this page is for the Praecis Cfr only.  To download software for the Praecis Gfr (Time & Frequency Standard with GPS) click here. The latest binary image file is below:

Upgrade Instructions

The binary image file above is zipped so please unzip before proceeding.  Then you are ready to perform the upgrade to your Praecis unit.  Please refer to your User Manual, Appendix B - Upgrading the Firmware, for further instructions.  If you would like to download the manual click here.

Note:  Downloading a new binary image may cause your stored user settings to be reset to their factory defaults.  We recommend you make a note of your current user settings before downloading.  (Use the SETTINGS command for a report of all settings.)
